Job Summary
The Graphic Design Specialist will provide dynamic graphic design support for the K12 Dining sector of Compass Group’s creative studio. This role involves designing compelling proposals and a variety of collateral, including presentations, brochures, interactive documents, and strategic leave-behinds. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional creativity and a strong ability to manage multiple, complex projects independently. They will also demonstrate outstanding customer service, catering to the needs of our sales and retention teams. Familiarity with the RFP process is a plus. This position is based in Charlotte, NC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce innovative sales proposals and supporting documents for sales and retention efforts
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with sales and retention teams to ensure smooth workflows
- Oversee the use of images, adhering to legal and company guidelines, to uphold image integrity and manage digital assets within the organization
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of asset libraries
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
- Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio demonstrating a range of work
- Minimum of two years of graphic design experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint
- Creative and adaptable, with a keen eye for detail
- Solid project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record in a deadline-driven environment
