WHAT CAN RELIAS OFFER YOU?

• Full time, paid internship! Running Tuesday, May 28th through Friday, August 2nd, 2024
• All internships are project based and report to a Relias People Manager.

Are you passionate about great design or user experience? Do you enjoy making PowerPoint presentations? Do you love color and design theory? If so, come spend a summer working with the Educational Technology team at Relias. You'll learn to put together online courses, developing slide layouts and building learner interactions. We'll provide training in the software and a team atmosphere supporting learning and trying new things.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
•Designing and developing online learning courses
•Working in a high-volume environment, working on several different courses each month
•Delivering content in SCORM format
•Working with authoring tools including Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, and the Adobe Creative Suite
•Working in cross functional teams to complete projects in a timely manner
YOU'VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
•An eye for layout and current design trends
•The ability to work well on a team as well as independently
•Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite
•Familiarity with eLearning Management Systems
•Majoring in Graphic Design, Instructional Design, Communications/Media or related field is preferred

IN OFFICE REQUIREMENT:
Relias values collaboration and wants to ensure that our team members have opportunities to work with their teams regularly for professional development opportunities. Our flexible hybrid work environment requires that you live in the state of North Carolina, within a commutable distance to our office (~1-hour commute). You would be expected to work in our Morrisville, NC Headquarters approximately 3-4 days a week.
