Position Overview:
The Retail System Analyst will be responsible for building solid relationships with retail solutions and business demands to pursue the MCM customer journeys and increase sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer relationship management with experience in the retail industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Use cross-functional systems to manage customer relationships and develop new ways to meet customers' needs.
- Manage front-end solutions to support direct communication with customers.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer service, and operations teams to improve the customer experience with high-level data accuracy.
- Develop and execute retention campaigns to increase customer loyalty.
- Build and maintain customer databases.
- Stay up to date with the latest software developments.
Requirements
Experience & Key Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Retail System and customer relationship management, focusing on the retail industry.
- Experience with CRM systems and database management in the luxury retail industry is a plus.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
