RECREATION LEADER-OUTDOOR ADVENTURES (Seasonal)
Work within the beautiful scenery of your Monmouth County Parks! We are seeking a dedicated, responsible, and enthusiastic Recreation Leader to join our fun and energetic team to help run pre-planned outdoor recreation programs. This unique opportunity makes a positive impact on the lives of others. Program activities include hiking, biking, archery, geocaching, canoeing, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, rock climbing, backpacking and camping. Paid training provided.

Hours: Flexible, 10-35 hours per week, may include evenings and weekends

Pay: Starting at $15.75 per hour; based on experience

Location: Thompson Park, Lincroft and various Monmouth County Parks

Requirements:

• Must be 19 years of age or older and have a valid NJ driver’s license
• Must be comfortable working outdoors
• Ability to work as part of a small team with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment
• Experience working with children is a plus
• Must have interest in/or knowledge of activities offered

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.75 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 35 per week
