Retail Customer Service Representative Summary:

As a Retail Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our retail location, creating the first impression that sets the tone for our customers' experience. Your role will involve being a liaison for customers throughout the entire process, from sales to delivery, installation, and service. Reporting to the Customer Engagement Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers feel valued and supported.

Position Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with all customers who enter the showroom
• Build rapport and gather customer information for customer walk-in reports
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls appropriately
• Ensure that all appliance displays are clean and tagged
• Create new product or sales tags when necessary
• Process payments for sales and parts orders
• Assist customers with parts and appliance pickup orders including model/serial verification and invoicing
• Complete customer confirmations for delivery, install and service
• Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

• Outgoing personality with exceptional Customer Service skills and can-do attitude
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Willingness to learn industry specific software system
• Ability to work flexible hours, including limited evenings and weekends

Full-time, weekend availability needed

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 an hour ($35,360-$39,520 annual)
