Customer Service/Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

- Meet or exceed sales targets by actively promoting products and services

- Utilize retail sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell products

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and expand customer base

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM software

- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives

- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills

Experience:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools

- Strong mathematical skills for processing orders and handling transactions

- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, as it allows for effective communication with diverse customers

- Excellent organizational skills to manage sales pipeline and prioritize tasks effectively

- Ability to thrive in an outside sales environment, including attending trade shows and industry events

- Comfortable with public speaking engagements to promote products and services
