Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations, including a 52-54 hours work week, starting at 4 AM
Focus on sales, customer count, speed of service, order accuracy, and cleanliness
Set daily service goals, communicate with staff and upper management, and ensure staff accountability
Train and coach new and established staff, recruit and retain employees
Oversee cash handling, handle customer complaints, and maintain store cleanliness
Requirements:
Previous Dunkin management experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to varying situations
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience in restaurant management and staff training
Must be available between 4am to 2pm including weekends.
Incentives:
3% of the sales increase YoY as a bonus, compared to last year's sales
