Starting at $15.00 per hour plus tips (Which average $3.50+ for the year) for crew putting you close to $18.50 per hour, $16.00 plus tips for Shift Leaders putting you at close to $20 per hour.

We're now hiring Crew Members and shift leaders; we are looking for hard-working, enthusiastic individuals who want to assist in leading a winning team at our Jersey Mike’s store. Responsibilities:

· Strong customer service skills

· Training and motivating team members

· Cashier monitoring - managing cash

· Uncompromising standards in maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

· Have excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills

· Be a true team leader and have the ability to hold others accountable as well as yourself

· Work closely with Store Manager to handle operations of store

· Have a deep commitment to customer satisfaction

· Have a strong work ethic and be dedicated to the success of the restaurant

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
