BOUTIQUE HOSPITALITY GROUP SEEKING OUT-OF-STATE TALENT TO LEAD GUEST DINING EXPERIENCE – WITH LODGING PROVIDED

Artisan Restaurant at the Delamar Traverse City (Michigan), is seeking an enthusiastic, hands-on and experienced Restaurant General Manger to oversee the daily operations of it’s a la carte service and banquet events. Overlooking Grand Traverse Bay, Artisan offers an innovate take on Great Lakes-inspired, New American cuisine, featuring farm-fresh fare from local and regional purveyors that celebrate the theme of sustainability.

The ideal candidate has a minimum 10 years’ management experience in high volume, multi-outlet restaurants. He/she has a strong passion for hospitality and culinary excellence. He/she is team-oriented, with a proven ability to lead and inspire team members to always take the guest dining experience to the highest level. Luxury hotel experience is a plus.

This is a salaried position, either full-time or seasonal, with a base salary starting at $150k, plus a comprehensive benefits package. On-site lodging provided.
