Restaurant Front Of House Manager

The Local Cantina journey began in Grandview, Ohio in 2012 with an idea, an incredibly dedicated staff & some serious hard work. We've grown the Local Cantina and Orange Umbrella Restaurant Group to over 20 locations across Ohio and Florida. We're all about delivering genuine hospitality in a laid-back atmosphere while serving up our delicious twist on the classics for you and your loved ones.

As a Front of House Manager, you will lead your team and uphold our core values of teamwork, excellence, and compassion. Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining and promotion our company culture and policies.
• Overseeing all bar and Front of House stations.
• Ensuring timely production and delivery of food and beverages while also enforcing food safety.
• Engaging with customers and employees professionally.
• Collaborating with other managers to maintain staffing levels, training programs, cost control, and property upkeep.

To be eligible for this role, we require:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience managing a full-service restaurant with a bar.
• A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Basic computer skills with Microsoft and Office Suite.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• The ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Person in Charge Safety Certification (preferred).
