Pneumatic Vacuum Elevators, LLC (PVE) is the developer and owner of a new technology that is revolutionizing the elevator market, worldwide. We are headquartered in Miami, FL with over 500 distributors in 90+ countries globally.
PVE is seeking a full time in-house Sales Representative & Lead Manager who’s duties will be performed from our company headquarters. We are searching a highly motivated, detail-oriented, hands-on practical individual with sales and customer service experience, who is keen to join an emerging company and our highly motivated team.
DUTIES:
- Lead Qualification: Work closely with our team to assess the needs and interests of potential clients to determine their suitability for a home elevator.
- Implement lead scoring and qualification processes to ensure management receives high conversion leads to nurture once converted with local companies.
- Work with management to identify leads that require follow-up to drive the sales process as the manufacturer.
- CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools to manage and track leads through the sales funnel.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless lead generation and conversion process. Also, to provide feedback on the quality of leads.
- Market Research and Outreach: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential lead sources.
- Identify Architecture Firms to offer an AIA approved course. Presentations to be held remotely via Zoom/Microsoft Teams.
- Cold call builders in specified markets to present the product as an option in their homes. Work closely with management on identifying locations and companies to contact
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Proven experience in lead management.
- Demonstrated experience in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work with a team.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business tools such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
- An understanding of digital marketing and lead generation techniques and tactics.
- Detail-oriented
- Comfortable speaking over the phone and contacting leads on a regular basis.
- Basic understanding of home remodeling or the ability to learn.
