A Full Service Business Litigation Firm is seeking a full-time Associate to join our firm in Atlanta, GA.
The ideal candidate will have experience as an attorney and strong work ethic. The Associate will be responsible for assisting the lead attorney with legal research and analysis, drafting pleadings and discovery, brief-writing and court appearances. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who works well independently and collaboratively with others.
Requirements:

• One to three years legal experience.
• Georgia Bar License
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with an extremely high level of integrity.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Must be able to work in a professional manner with clients, attorneys, and staff.
• Must be able to work in a professional manner with clients who are very important to the practice's success.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with staff, clients, and other attorneys.
• Must have excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Must have strong legal ethics and professionalism.
