Front of House Manager
Duties:
- Manage and supervise front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders -
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and service standards
- Ensure smooth operation of shifts by coordinating staff schedules and assigning tasks Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and delivery
- Oversee cash handling procedures and reconcile daily sales reports -
Skills:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or a similar role
- - Proficient in cash handling procedures and POS systems -
Compensation : $600 per week plus tips
