Residential Plumbing Dispatcher Description:

Handle incoming service calls, efficiently assigning them to the appropriate plumbing technician.

Utilize scheduling software to ensure appointments are booked accurately and optimally.

Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring they are informed about appointment times, any changes, or updates.

Coordinate with plumbing technicians, providing them with relevant job details and ensuring they have the necessary equipment and materials.

Prioritize emergency calls and adjust schedules as needed.

Maintain records of calls, dispatch details, and feedback from technicians.

Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or queries from customers.

Have fun working on a vibrant, talented team!

Job Qualifications:

Proven experience in a dispatcher role, preferably in the residential service industry.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent verbal communication abilities.

Proficient in using scheduling software such as ServiceTitan, and other related tech tools.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of plumbing terms and tools is a plus.
