A Large Commercial Services Company is hiring a Logistics and Dispatching Coordinator for our growing operations team. Our logistics and dispatch division is core to all operations for our business. This is a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The right fit for the job will be able to multi-task, have great communication skills, is computer savvy, have exemplary customer service skills and is organized, disciplined and forward thinking. Duties will include taking customer calls and emails, entering calls into the dispatch program, dispatching service techs to scheduled jobs, general logistics and managing geography. Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Must be a decision-maker and a critical thinker!
