Qualifications:
- Previous Dispatch/customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer calls and provide excellent customer service with a sales-oriented mindset.
- Maintain the Service Technicians daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed
- Ability to prioritize tasks and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible for scheduling and putting estimate/quote requests on board
- Follow up on Open Jobs
- Maintain customer database with current information
- Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees, and company customers, including keeping customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead-times
- Take emergency and non-emergency plumbing service calls.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures from workflow process.
- Track technician vehicles to ensure a timely customer appointment.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
