Residential Construction Sales/ Project Director

We seek a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and help us expand our client base.

Position Overview: As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and revenue generation for our company. Your ability to effectively communicate with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions will be critical to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
  • Sales Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
    Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the features and benefits of our products/services to effectively communicate value propositions to clients. Our ideal hire has a working knowledge of the Residential Construction industry.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitors.
  • Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive and engaging sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring they align with company goals and profitability.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve collective goals.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth Knowledge of Sales: Candidates must possess a comprehensive understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices, ensuring effective sales strategies are implemented.
  • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Require excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Advanced Negotiation Abilities: Demonstrated proficiency in negotiation, enabling successful deal closures and client satisfaction.
  • Tech-Savvy in Sales Tools: Proficiency in utilizing sales software and CRM tools to track sales progress and manage customer interactions efficiently.
  • Independent and Goal-Oriented: Ability to work autonomously, with a focus on prioritizing tasks effectively to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities to assess sales trends and solve complex problems creatively and effectively.
  • Adaptable and Driven: Highly self-motivated and results-driven, with a robust desire to excel in a sales career and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven sales experience (3+ years) in a relevant sales role or a similar field.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets of over 1 Million per year

Compensation:

We offer industry-leading compensation with a Draw and Commission package that offers a potential 150K plus in compensation to qualified applicants.
Potential annual earnings on $3.5M sold into build and produce = $155,000.

(Monthly gas card value to be assessed quarterly and potentially adjusted to reflect actual mileage.)
