Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
- Sales Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the features and benefits of our products/services to effectively communicate value propositions to clients. Our ideal hire has a working knowledge of the Residential Construction industry. - Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitors.
- Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive and engaging sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring they align with company goals and profitability.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve collective goals.
Qualifications:
- In-depth Knowledge of Sales: Candidates must possess a comprehensive understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices, ensuring effective sales strategies are implemented.
- Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Require excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Advanced Negotiation Abilities: Demonstrated proficiency in negotiation, enabling successful deal closures and client satisfaction.
- Tech-Savvy in Sales Tools: Proficiency in utilizing sales software and CRM tools to track sales progress and manage customer interactions efficiently.
- Independent and Goal-Oriented: Ability to work autonomously, with a focus on prioritizing tasks effectively to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities to assess sales trends and solve complex problems creatively and effectively.
- Adaptable and Driven: Highly self-motivated and results-driven, with a robust desire to excel in a sales career and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven sales experience (3+ years) in a relevant sales role or a similar field.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets of over 1 Million per year

Compensation:
We offer industry-leading compensation with a Draw and Commission package that offers a potential 150K plus in compensation to qualified applicants.
Potential annual earnings on $3.5M sold into build and produce = $155,000.
