SalaryWe are looking for a reliable hard working person to join our team and learn about construction materials testing for civil engineering. The job position consists on data entry in different platforms of laboratory and field test results on different construction materials including soils, aggregate, concrete, base and Hot Mix Asphalt Concrete (HMAC).
MUST be Proficient in the following:
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Adobe Acrobat
- Internet tools
Requirements:
- Accurate typing skills of at least 45 wpm
- Experience on data entry preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Maintain professional working relationships with co-workers and clients
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities with limited supervision, attention to detail, punctual
- Disciplined to process a large volume of accurate documentation in a timely manner
Work Responsibilities:
- Review inspection and testing reports for accuracy
- Data entry into various electronic data management systems
- General Administrative tasks: typing, reviewing, scanning, copying, record keeping/filing and archiving
- Database knowledge in TxDOT I2MS, Aconex, ATSER and Procore a plus
- Previous job experience in the construction industry a plus
Details:
- Full time, minimum 40 hrs/week, Monday to Friday 8 am to 5-6 pm depending on the reports of the day (no nights, no weekends). Overtime paid at 1.5x rate.
- Payment: $18/hr
- Located in San Antonio
