Data Entry Clerk

We are seeking to add a Data Entry Clerk for our team! You will be responsible for accurate Data Entry, file maintenance, and record keeping. You will also assist in making sure all closed jobs are accurate and update them as needed. You may have to reach out to Clients for follow ups or getting descriptions for job orders as well.

Responsibilities:

• Enter variety of data using current technology
• Prepare and sort documents for Data Entry
• Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes
• Communicate effectively through email and phone
• Review and enter data updates in the systems
• Review discrepancies in data received
• Advise supervisor of issues related to data

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Data Entry or other related fields
• Excellent typing skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 80 per week
