All employees of Weisinger Incorporated must agree to perform work out of town or at night, on the weekends and on holidays with short notice and for an extended period as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Enter data accurately and efficiently into computer databases, spreadsheets, and other digital platforms. Update and maintain records of maintenance work orders, equipment inspections, and inventory levels. Ensure data integrity and consistency while adhering to established Data Entry procedures.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files for documents and records. Retrieve and compile data from various sources to create comprehensive reports for members of the management team.
- Communicate & Collaborate with the Management team to gather and document relevant information. Communicate any discrepancies or issues with data to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
- Assist in monitoring and documenting inventory levels for supplies and equipment. Generate reports on inventory usage and reordering needs.
- Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of records. Identify and rectify Data Entry errors or inconsistencies promptly.
- Responsible for basic housekeeping including but not limited to disposing of garbage and organizing job area(s).
- Follow all safety regulations, policies, principles, and procedures.
- Use all appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Immediately notify supervisor about injuries to self or crew members.
- Perform other duties as assigned, which may include working in other roles or in another department as needed.
Education and/or Experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Proven experience in Data Entry or a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Data Entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in Data Entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and inventory processes is a plus.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- Valid Texas Driver’s License
- Ability to speak, write, read and understand English required for basic job function.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical or safety procedures, manuals and standards.
- Ability to communicate routinely on telephone, email, and other communication avenues.
Mathematical Skills
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, fractions and decimals in English and metric units.
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Physical Demands
- Frequently required to stand; walk; sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; and lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear; taste or smell; and lift and /or move up to 20 pounds.
- This position requires full use of arms and back and is comprised of repetitive motions.
