Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately enter and maintain data. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, basic math proficiency, and strong attention to detail.

Duties:
- Transcribe data from various sources into electronic format
- Type in data provided directly from customers or other parties
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of data
- Perform basic mathematical calculations as needed
- Organize and maintain databases by entering new and updated information
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
- Sort and organize files
- Assist with data collection
- Utilize Microsoft Excel or other software applications for Data Entry tasks

Requirements:
- Proven experience in Data Entry or related fields is preferred
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies
- Proficiency in using computerized systems for Data Entry
- Basic mathematical skills for performing calculations
- Strong organizational skills to effectively data
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with databases and file management systems

Office Hours: 8a-5p or 9a-6p. (Weekends available but not required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
