Job Summary: As a Data Entry Associate at MyMD Connect, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our healthcare data. You will be responsible for entering and updating patient and client information, medical records, and other relevant data into our systems. Your attention to detail, data accuracy, and ability to work efficiently will contribute to the smooth operation of our data management processes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Data Entry and Verification:
- Enter patient and client information, medical records, and other data accurately into the designated databases and systems.
- Verify the accuracy of data for completeness, consistency, and adherence to established standards.
- Resolve any discrepancies or errors in the data and collaborate with relevant teams for issue resolution.
- Quality Assurance:
- Conduct regular quality checks on data entries to ensure data integrity and identify any anomalies or inconsistencies.
- Work closely with the data management team to maintain data accuracy and cleanliness.
- Timely Data Processing:
- Ensure Data Entry tasks are completed within established timelines and meet productivity targets.
- Prioritize and organize Data Entry tasks based on urgency and importance.
- Data Confidentiality:
- Handle sensitive and confidential patient information with the utmost discretion and adhere to data security and privacy policies.
- Maintain confidentiality and data protection compliance at all times.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with other teams, such as customer support or healthcare providers, to obtain missing data or clarify information when needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding data-related matters and updates.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance Data Entry efficiency and accuracy.
- Suggest and implement measures to streamline Data Entry procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Some college coursework in a relevant field is a plus.
- Proven experience in Data Entry or administrative roles is desirable.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Proficiency in using computer applications and Data Entry software.
- Familiarity with healthcare terminology and Data Entry in a healthcare setting is advantageous.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and precision.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
