Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk

**Position Overview:**

- Conduct detailed data entry to track inventory movements accurately, including items received, dispatched, and their precise locations.

- Manage the front desk and office administration, ensuring operational efficiency.

- Provide superior support and customer service through phone and email interactions.

- Facilitate billing processes and inquiries.

- Maintain strict adherence to inventory control procedures and documentation, ensuring data integrity.

- Execute general office duties, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.

- Organize and procure office supplies and materials.

- Document inventory specifics and damage reports meticulously.

- Assist the Inventory Supervisor in ensuring clear and accurate client communication through comprehensive information sharing.

**Qualifications and Experience:**

- A High School diploma or its equivalent is required.

- Proficiency in computers and familiarity with relevant software.

- Knowledge of standard office equipment and its operation.

- Understanding of administrative and clerical procedures, such as filing and record-keeping.

- Awareness of basic office management principles and practices.

**Position Details:**

- Job Type: Full-Time

- Salary: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour

- Work Hours: 40 hours weekly

- An Associate degree is beneficial.

**Preferred Experience:**

- A minimum of two years' experience with Microsoft Office.

- At least two years in a customer service role.

**Relocation Requirement:**

- A willingness to relocate to Austin, TX 78744 is necessary before commencement of work.

**Work Location:**

- This position is on-site.
