Rental Coordinator

What is a Rental Coordinator?
A Rental Coordinator works with customers and the sales team to facilitate the proposal development process from start to finish on all frac rental equipment.
In this role, you will:
· Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork.
· Generate invoices for rentals, when applicable
· Provide weekly progress reports to the Branch Manager
· Correspond frequently with administration staff to avoid conflicts on the schedule
· Coordinate all rental equipment to/from location and ensure all assets are accounted for
· Schedule all facility rentals district-wide, generate contracts, and show equipment to potential renters
· Work with maintenance personnel to discuss the needs of upcoming rentals
· Attend staff meetings
· Travel as deemed necessary
· Other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Abilities:
· Have a working knowledge of API Q1, API 6A, OSHA and ISO quality standards
· Develop quality reports for analyses
· Use Microsoft Office suite of products – Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, etc.
· Exhibit professional verbal and written skills, basic math skills
· Be organized
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
· Regularly required to speak, hear, and use the computer and phone
· Primarily work in an office setting, sitting at a computer for long periods of time; may occasionally be in the field or yard
· On emergency call list and work evenings and Saturday as required
· Must be able to lift and/or move items over 20 pounds
· Safely operate a company vehicle
Education and/or Experience
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Minimum 3 ½ years’ experience coordinating rentals and/or sales experience
