The Norwegian is looking for an experienced Kitchen Member for brunch service. Our ideal candidate:

About us:
Our restaurant has been open since December, 2018. We have a small kitchen, staffed with a fun-loving crew that serves a diverse community. We are looking for a Kitchen Member to join our team Wednesday through Sunday from 7am-3pm.
Responsibilities include:
-Completing plates to go out to customers
-Communicating between front of house and back of house staff
-Watching stock of items and communicating item needs
-Keeping a clean working space
-Creating new dishes with available ingredients
We are growing quickly. We have an employee break room and offer discounts on all house food. We advocate for mental health and encourage you to take breaks. We offer health and dental insurance for full time staff. Our kitchen has air conditioning, but the hood system prevents it from being cool. We do our best to make our crew comfortable on the line, but it is hot in the summer, and we have a couple hours each day with a full rail of tickets, and those hours are necessarily demanding on our bodies and minds.
That said, we're a literal Mom & Pop restaurant and do all we can to make the work place a positive one. We take your work/life balance seriously. We are on-site and working right beside you.
