Rental Coordinator

Victory Air & Equipment LLC is hiring a Rental Coordinator

Victory Air & Equipment LLC is searching for an industrial equipment Rental Coordinator in our Deer Park, Texas location. This position will support our operations teams in Texas and Louisiana. The candidate will be responsible for consulting with customers and team members to determine equipment needs, entry of rental quotes, orders and invoices, coordination of transportation of equipment while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Type and Schedule:

Full time position (40 hours per week) office environment
No significant physical demands
Monday-Friday (8 am – 5 pm)

Position Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• 1-3 years of related experience in rental processes or sales
• Data entry skills
• Ability to work independently and follow set directions
• Problem solver
• Attention to detail
• Professional communication skills (verbal and written)
• Maintain safety at all times
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Guide customers through the rental process to determine equipment and or products required.
• Promptly respond to customer inquiries regarding new and existing rental contracts, general inquiries, complaints and other communications.
• Prepares customer quotes for rental equipment or rental services for all VAE locations.
• Arrange transportation of equipment to and from customer locations and other VAE locations.
• Monitor open rentals and process cycle billing.
• Process off rent equipment, transportation and final billing.
• Maintain 100% customer satisfaction through the rental process.
• Assist operations with inside sales as time permits or fill in for other employees during PTO

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
