Terms: 100% Remote Role
Description:
- CF has a large/complex initiative happening right now since 2021. Core Confliation Program. Migrating entire commercial line of business into Trizetto FACETS. This position is for the next phase of the project, FACETS G6 web cloud.
- 100% remote Must be able to work 8a to 5p EST. Does not want any candidates that reside outside of EST or CST timezones. No MST or PST.
- Team is 200-300 people
- IT Project Manager who has done traditional budget/scheduling background. Would be working directly with Program Director. IT background should be in the development world.
Skills Required:
- 10+ overall years of exp. 6-8 years of Project MGT exp. As many years in healthcare as we can get.
- Facets background preferred, but open to any claims systems/platfom
- Budgeting/general ledgers/profit/loss background required.
- Would be working with Cognizant (vendor for the program) to ensure risk mgt, resolves any barriers, define tasks, upcoming milestones, mitigation strategies for go-live. Managing cognizant-s schedule. Will not manage the team or projects, will be strictly managing the Cognizant relationship and delivery of cognizant projects.
- Deff wants to see Risk MGT, exp at program level, FACETS would be ideal but any claims experience within a healthcare company is required.
- Not looking for Program Managers, but looking for IT Project MGRS that has PROGRAM level understanding. Must be a hands on PM.
- Certifications: PMP would be nice, not required
- Soft skills very important.
- 2 openings they have 9 ongoing projects so they will split up the projects amongst the two. Projects are all related to the FACETS project, moving enrollment/claims into FACETS is the project.
- Tech background is Business Systems Analyst or Development is A/OKAY
