Help to develop proper safety techniquesAcquire planned materials, tools and documentation for planned work, and work order information for reactive workComplete Closeout Activities including, Tool accountability / Parts reconciliation, Sanitation tagging / Notification to Production, Return unused materials and tools, Functional Operations test complete, and arrange for PdM validationEffectively inform through written communication daily pass-downs issues and actionsHelp to establish and implement preventative maintenance procedures for electronic controlled equipment, plant instrumentation and plant data collection systemsRequired QualificationsCompletion of an apprenticeship program or vocational trainingMinimum 2 years of work experience in the electrical field or equivalentAbility to read and interpret schematics and wiring diagramsRead and understand mechanical and electrical schematics without issueComplete minor troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical related issues without direct supervisionInvestigate job site if required – determine scope of work (reactive work)Plan and assign work for the electrical department using CMMSPreferred QualificationsUnderstand and certify in LOTOBasic PLC programming and troubleshooting skills, preferably with Allen-BradleyProven troubleshooting skillsAbility to effectively operate and use an oscilloscope, VOM and other test equipment to troubleshoot and repair industrial control devicesConsidered candidates will receive a phone call from a (952) area code.
