Job Title: Remote IT Support Specialist
Contract Duration: 90 days
Location: Remote (candidates can work from anywhere)
Rate: $25-28/hour
Responsibilities:
- Provide remote IT support for the onboarding and setup process of approximately 4000 employees.
- Assist in the configuration and setup of emails and multifactor authentication for new employees using remote access tools.
- Handle support calls using a VOIP website to troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth integration of new employees into the existing systems and workflows.
- Maintain accurate records of tasks performed and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to employees with varying levels of technical proficiency.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in IT support or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using remote access tools and VOIP websites is preferred but not required.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and own computer for remote work.
Start Date: As soon as next week ideally, but no later than the 18th of this month for training.
