A growing plastics company has a Customer Service Representative opening on their team! This is a full-time, direct hire position with competitive pay and a consistent, Monday - Friday schedule, with a work/life balance.
Customer Service Representative Job Duties:
- Diffuse and resolve customer problems, quick and effectively
- Establishes and maintains customers profiles and prepares claim forms
- Process customer orders, changes, returns, according to established department policies and procedures
- Partner with Sales & Marketing teams to improve customer experience
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7am-4pm
Pay: $26-28/hr
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in customer experience
- Engineered or Ordered Manufacturing experience preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, required
- Proficient with computers, Office suites, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Dependable and self-motivated
- Strong team player; friendly and patient
