Requirements
Basic Qualification & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree with 8-10 years of total experience.
- Helpdesk monitoring and management,
- End-use equipment provisioning and installing \u2013 smart phones, desktops, laptops,
- Printer management
- Asset inventory management - Troubleshooting and issue escalation
- End-user training
Required skills:
At least 5 years of experience in the following tools:-
- Windows 10 & 11
- Office 365
- AirWatch MDM
- Apple iPhone iOS
- Google Android OS
- Site Help Desk
- Endpoint Central
- AD-Manager Plus
