Role Overview
We're seeking a proactive and skilled Project and Automation Manager to join our tight-knit team. This role involves managing client project communications, timelines, and delegation efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of automation software and the agility to learn and troubleshoot swiftly.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the management of client projects, ensuring clear communication, timely delivery, and effective delegation.
- Collaborate closely with our team of 5, directly reporting to the CEO and an administrator.
- Streamline project management systems to enhance our service delivery.
- Learn and become proficient in our proprietary automation software, contributing to long-term growth.
Required Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated experience in project management, with a preference for those familiar with ClickUp or similar tools.
- Knowledge of automation tools such as HubSpot or Zapier, with a willingness to quickly adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A commitment to continuous learning and development in automation and project management.
