In this Office scheduling role, you would act as the office organizational pro in the Broward County, FL area. We are looking for someone who has the ability to work independently, is a self starter, and possesses strong critical thinking skills. The Scheduler is responsible for collecting complete and accurate patient information, scheduling Home Health visits to the appropriate clinician while supporting the agencies day to day operations.
Must haves:
- A minimum of 1-year of Medicare Home Health scheduling or intake experience

What You Would be Responsible for:
- Organizes and directs the agency's on-going functions and works closely with the office administrator, Director of Nursing, clinical managers, and sales/marketing team
- Involved in intakes, orders, and scheduling and daily office functions
- Maintain self in a professional manner at all times
- Other responsibilities will be assigned
Haven Qualification Standards:
- A minimum of 1-year of Medicare Home Health scheduling or intake experience
- Home Health experience
- Kinnser EMR is a PLUS
- Must be a high school graduate
- Must be a team player
