```Duties```
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure proper scheduling and availability
- Communicate with patients to confirm appointments and provide necessary instructions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations of the office
```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience working at the front desk or in an administrative role
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in using scheduling systems and software
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide excellent patient service
- Experience with phone systems and handling high call volumes
- Knowledge of Epic or other electronic medical record (EMR) systems is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
