SalaryResponsibilities:
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Coordinate with patients and staff to ensure efficient scheduling and minimize wait times
- Answer phone calls and provide excellent customer service to patients
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
- Assist with front desk duties as necessary
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations of the agency
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a scheduler or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in office systems and software, such as electronic medical records
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
