Job Summary
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as a 1099 Customer Support Agent. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and assisting them with their inquiries and concerns. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people and has a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Duties
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure positive customer interactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
- Bilingual skills (English and another language) are a plus
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy
