Join Our Team as a Help Desk / Office Support Agent! (Joliet)

Are you a tech-savvy individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer support? We're on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic Help Desk / Office Support Agent to join our growing team! This is a full-time job that requires physical presence at our location in Joliet, IL. Hours of operation: Monday through Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Respond promptly to user inquiries, offering guidance and solutions with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Collaborate with IT teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
• Serve as a liaison between clients, sales staff and technical support staff as needed.
• General office support as assigned or requested.

Qualification Requirements:

· Strong Computer Skills are a must.

· Previous Office Experience

· Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills

· Exhibit a strong desire for customer focus and satisfaction.

· Sound friendly on the phone and have excellent customer service skills.

· You must have high energy and be straightforward and detail oriented.

· Have the ability to successfully interact daily with many different personalities.

· Basic understanding of technical concepts and a willingness to learn and develop technical skills.

· Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
~~ Service or Dispatch office experience
~~ Excellent problem resolution skills and ability to follow through
~~ Entry-level technical skills or certifications.

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
