Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience with upselling or sales techniques is preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to empathize with customers and provide effective solutions
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
