Call Center Agent

Delta Dental of New Jersey and Connecticut is currently seeking Call Center Agents to provide an excellent customer experience to our clients from our Parsippany NJ location. You'll take inbound calls from our members, dental offices and benefit administrators and respond to their questions on claims and coverage. Our 6-week hybrid and paid training prepares you to be successful and gives you the tools and knowledge you need to enjoy your work. Your training schedule will be Monday through Friday 9 am to 5:30 pm and once you've completed training, your schedule will be 10:30-6:30 Monday through Thursday and 8-5 on Friday. Our current hybrid schedule is in the office Tuesday and Wednesday and remote Monday, Thursday and Friday.

Requirements include a minimum of 1-3 years of customer service/Call Center experience including familiarity with adherence, average speed of answer and call quality. Dental Assistant education/experience and/or insurance experience are a plus. Personal computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Application such as windows, Word and Excel and browser-based applications such as Internet Explorer/Chrome and ability to navigate two screens are required. Excellent oral and written communication skills and math aptitude are also necessary to be successful.
