- Provide/produce accurate, and complete records by using the process and methods in place
- Meet personal/Customer Service team targets
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Take thorough notes of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Be team orientated above all else
