Some of the Roles and Responsibilities (not exhaustive)
- Provide ongoing administrative support to the call center
- Perform day-to-day tasks as assigned by the supervisor
- Updating and adjusting Jackrabbit customer accounts
- Running selective customer base reports and action items as needed (missing CC, expired CC, absences, etc…)
- Processing billing tasks
- Processing new web enrollment accounts and waitlist requests
- Adjusting billing and tuition on customer's accounts (registration fee renewal, credit, fee adjustment, etc…)
- Follow up email notification on website access attempt
o Post fees for the anniversary registration fee
o Billing review and correction: Review and apply correction/update to billing (posting/charging) for all new registrations or for added items (class, purchased merchandise, etc…) to existing family accounts
- Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of office-related work experience
- Background check
This is a remote position.
Each franchise location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee (franchise owner). Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee.
