Crest Palliative care, a growing hospice program, has exciting opportunities for an RN Case Managers. We serve San Antonio and the Hill Country. Our patients are in their Homes, Personal Care Homes, Assisted Living and Long Term Care facilities. We are looking for full time staff but will also consider part time or PRN. One year hospice experience required.
We are locally owned and operated. We believe in taking exceptional care of our patients and staff. We offer 22 days PTO, 3 Mental Health Days 401K, Medical, Dental, Vision and supplemental insurance.
