SalaryThe Infusion RN is responsible to evaluate patients in need of intravenous treatment. Will plan, implement and document nursing care. Determines appropriate venipuncture site and administers intravenous therapeutic treatments. Monitors the patient before, during and after treatment. Provides information/ education to patients and families regarding intravenous treatment.
Education/ Experience:
- BSN and 1 year of infusion work experience is preferred
- Strong IV skills with compassionate bedside communication
- Currently licensed in PA
- ACLS/PALS is preferred. CPR certification is required.
- Working knowledge of Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and MS Office software
