Position OverviewLVHN provides extensive services to geriatrics across a variety of medical settings, including acute-care hospitals, acute rehabilitation units, post-acute care, outpatient primary and specialty care, long-term care and home- and facility-based hospice. LVHN functions as a major referral center for neighboring communities within a 50-mile radius.This position is located at our 17th Street hospital in beautiful Allentown, PADays / Monday - Friday / 40 hours per weekOvernight call via phone from home, rotating, and divided equally amongst all team members.LVHN’s division of geriatrics, housed within the departments of family and internal medicine, consists of 14 physicians and 10 Nurse Practitioners who provide care for a vast variety of diagnoses across multiple settings.
