Registered Financial Trading Specialist

Position Summary:

The Registered Financial Trading Specialist provides daily support for our Financial Advisor’s book of business. This includes preparing, communicating and processing account information to help service 900 existing client households as well as learn the business and products in order to best assist our team of Advisor’s.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Assists Financial Advisors with daily tasks, projects and marketing research

·       Enter equity & mutual fund trades

·       Perform mutual fund research and comparative analysis

·       Help administer client reviews & follow-ups

Education and Experience:

·       Associate’s Degree or higher (Required)

·       FINRA Series 7 (Required)

·       At least 2 years of work experience within the financial industry

·       Clean U-4 and background

Knowledge/Skills:

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·       Advanced organizational and client service skills

·       High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy

·       Maintain a positive attitude and work well in a team environment

Pay/Benefits:

·       Pay Range: $40,000 - $100,000/year (based on experience)
