  • Create, lead and execute a plan for market growth in each territory by driving referrals and working with your counterparts in the Family Sales team to increase move in conversion
  • Oversee RDs as they hire, develop and manage new HCAEs to maintain appropriate staffing levels in your designated markets
  • Monitor, analyze, and leverage data to drive insights into daily performance that inform your guidance and coaching to each RD in order to deliver on your overall quota
  • Define the daily/weekly/monthly cadence with your teams to build team connections and deliver on results
  • Manage performance of the team to maximize outcomes
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals monthly to achieve company goals
  • Prepare and report on market performance to Senior Leadership as required
  • Occasional travel required for Divisional and Company sales meetings and to support team in field
  • The position will require a flexible work schedule between the hours of 8am and 8pm, with night and weekend call requirements
