You’ll travel throughout your territory to advise your team and be brought in as necessary to close deals with technologists, department managers, and executives from hospitals, health systems, office-based labs, ambulatory surgery centers and physician practices. - Lead and coach your team to grow the imaging business, increase market share and boost sales volume within your assigned territory.
- Coordinate with the sales team and all levels of management to ensure high- quality product delivery and performance, meet customer needs and provide excellent service to our healthcare customers.
- Work with customers, vendors and a variety of third-party service providers to facilitate business, meet customer needs, and provide timely and responsive assistance.
- Ensure compliance with all ISO regulations.
- Develop weekly and quarterly forecasting reports and be able to speak to the status of ongoing deals in the pipeline.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to surface leads and nurture business opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Mentor and guide the professional development of each account executive on your team to help them achieve optimal performance.
- Manage expenses, including discounts and concessions.
- Interview, hire, manage, discipline, and appraise the performance of your team.
- Conduct and document quarterly coaching meetings to ensure personal and professional development plans are created and goals met.
- Implement compensation plans for your team.
- Hold your team accountable for timely and accurate data entry in a CRM system
- Adhere to hospital credentialing requirements, including but not limited to annual immunizations, drug screening, background checks, etc. as dictated by sited JCAHO policy.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or Business or equivalent work experience
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of Sales experience, preferably in the medical imaging industry. 3-5 years of leadership experience is also preferred.
- Willing and able to travel extensively and work beyond the standard 40-hour work week, including 9-10 hour days and some weekend work.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills across all levels of the organization
- Excellent presentation skills, especially in a B2B sales environment
- The ability to coach and mentor others
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Adept at handling many responsibilities simultaneously, changing course easily, and juggling many organizational needs and personnel issues at one time
