Job description

Successful candidates must reside near a major airport and be willing to travel
As a Regional Vice President with Cassling, you’ll be responsible for leading a sales team of around ten people across a large geographic territory. Your team will connect healthcare providers to state-of-the-art capital imaging equipment and other imaging solutions from Siemens Healthineers. Ultimately, you’ll be responsible for helping your team meet their sales goals and become true strategic consultants to customers throughout the states you represent.
You’ll travel throughout your territory to advise your team and be brought in as necessary to close deals with technologists, department managers, and executives from hospitals, health systems, office-based labs, ambulatory surgery centers and physician practices. Our ideal fit is a compassionate leader with experience managing a remote sales team. We’re looking for someone who possesses equal parts clinical knowledge and people skills, understanding that the technology Cassling provides to healthcare leaders has a real-life impact on patient outcomes.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach your team to grow the imaging business, increase market share and boost sales volume within your assigned territory.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and all levels of management to ensure high- quality product delivery and performance, meet customer needs and provide excellent service to our healthcare customers.
  • Work with customers, vendors and a variety of third-party service providers to facilitate business, meet customer needs, and provide timely and responsive assistance.
  • Ensure compliance with all ISO regulations.
  • Develop weekly and quarterly forecasting reports and be able to speak to the status of ongoing deals in the pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to surface leads and nurture business opportunities through the sales pipeline.
  • Mentor and guide the professional development of each account executive on your team to help them achieve optimal performance.
  • Manage expenses, including discounts and concessions.
  • Interview, hire, manage, discipline, and appraise the performance of your team.
  • Conduct and document quarterly coaching meetings to ensure personal and professional development plans are created and goals met.
  • Implement compensation plans for your team.
  • Hold your team accountable for timely and accurate data entry in a CRM system
  • Adhere to hospital credentialing requirements, including but not limited to annual immunizations, drug screening, background checks, etc. as dictated by sited JCAHO policy.
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned by the VP of Sales.
Why Join Our Team?
  • Competitive salary that’s among the best in your local field
  • Health, dental and vision insurance
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) accrues immediately, with no waiting period
  • Pre-tax and Roth 401(k) plans with company match so you can invest in your family’s futures
  • Company-provided car and cellphone
  • 10 weeks of Paid Parental Leave for mothers and fathers, including adoptions and fostering
  • Company-paid life insurance for you and your dependents, with additional voluntary coverages available
  • Flexible spending accounts and health savings accounts so you can set aside money for health and dependent care expenses
  • Supplemental voluntary insurance plans so you get paid cash in the event of an accident, hospital stay or critical illness
  • Company-paid disability insurance
  • Tuition reimbursement to pursue your education goals
  • Nine paid holidays
  • Volunteer Time Off (VTO) so you can support non-profits you’re passionate about
  • Comprehensive wellness program and incentives
  • Referral bonuses
  • Mentorship program to encourage growth and development
What We’re Looking for in a Candidate
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or Business or equivalent work experience
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of Sales experience, preferably in the medical imaging industry. 3-5 years of leadership experience is also preferred.
  • Willing and able to travel extensively and work beyond the standard 40-hour work week, including 9-10 hour days and some weekend work.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills across all levels of the organization
