We are seeking a highly self-motivated and proactive Corporate Sales Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting our sales efforts and requires a candidate who is adept at relationship building and possesses excellent communication skills. The Corporate Sales Manager will play a critical role in client interaction, sales prospecting and qualifying, and event & conference travel, ensuring the success and growth of our sales activities.
General Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and qualify leads through research, networking, and outreach.
- Work closely with the sales team to collaborate and contribute valuable insights to enhance overall sales strategy.
- Initiate contact with key decision-makers and influencers to introduce the Hampton Chocolate Factory and its product offerings.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through regular communication and engagement.
- Flawlessly deliver elite sales presentations to prospects, showcasing the Hampton Chocolate Factory's point of difference.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience highlighting a white glove service and seamless gift-giving experience.
- Traveling to and organizing logistics for conferences and events.
- Meet and exceed sales development targets and Key Performance Indicators.
- Strengthening relationships with current clients and researching new partnership opportunities.
Expected Proficiencies / Tools You'll Be Using:
- Utilize FunnelFlo.io and Instantly.ai for lead generation and strategy implementation.
- Use LinkedIn for visual marketing and audience engagement.
- Employ Microsoft 365, and Outlook for documentation and email.
- Utilize Pipedrive as CRM.
- Use Shopify as POS.
Requirements:
- Effective in both written and verbal communication, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of Hampton Chocolate Factory effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track leads effectively.
- A distinct ability to network effectively and strategically.
- A genuine passion for building authentic relationships.
- Proactive, independent, and reliable.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Displays a positive attitude, empathy, and friendliness.
- Provides excellent client and customer service.
- Proven experience in sales development or a related role, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with leveraging social media platforms for lead generation and relationship building.
- Willingness to travel as needed to attend industry events, and conferences, and meet with clients.
- Having a results and numbers-driven mindset.
- Requires a fast and reliable internet connection.
