Regional Sales Manager

### Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales in your assigned region. This is a dynamic role that requires leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a track record of achieving sales targets. We are specifically generating sales leads in Palm Beach county for high end roof systems. We are not shingle storm chasers. Our Focus is Tile, Metal, Clay, Synthetic and other high quality roof systems in Palm Beach County for mostly retail residential and claim residential. We need a Strong Closer familiar with Florida roofing to develop a professional team around. We work very hard to generate quality leads and appointments. We need someone that can really focus on increasing our close rate.

### Duties:

- Visit/Follow up with leads and appointments we set.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
- Sell Value. This is Palm Beach. We build the best roofs not the cheapest.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients

### Experience:

- Proven experience in outside sales, luxury sales, or premium services
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Prior roof sales experience in Florida

This is not a PM role. For you experienced roofers, we are not asking anyone to run production. We need someone that can turn leads into signatures on a premium product and represent themselves and the company wonderfully while doing so.

Job Type: Commission

Pay: From $251,000.00 per year
