Regional Sales Manager – Central Florida

Location: Central Florida
Founded in 2012, Big Storm Brewing Company is a full production brewery located in the Tampa Bay area. We are growing and looking for a Regional Sales Manager who will be responsible for managing the business of the Big Storm Brewing Company wholesale partners within the specific territory, including the business development of each wholesaler and market specific work targeted in increased distribution and sales.
The perfect candidate is highly motivated, loves the business of beer, can close a deal, and develop/maintain relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
· Increase sales and package distribution Off and On premise
· Increase draft presence in each market
· Team sell days with sales reps/team leaders in each wholesaler
· Input and report activity and commitments via sales execution/tracking App.
· Plan and execute promotion events with key retailers that may occur any day of the week geared towards building sales and distribution
· Keep a weekly planner of goals and account calls within each wholesaler territory
· Develop key customers in each territory and attain a proprietary relationship with said retailers to gain sales and distribution
· Work with Key Accounts Managers to drive execution in chains
· Work with Big Storm’s logistics team to manage wholesaler inventory
· Perform administrative duties in a timely manner
· Maintain a professional image and behavior at all times
· Completely understand and embrace the Big Storm brands, culture and deliver our mission to the wholesaler partners and retail customers.
Job Requirements:
· Territory Beverage Sales preferred, but not required
· Demonstrated ability to proactively grow a brand in a designated territory
· Great verbal and written communication skills
· Great organizational and follow-up skills
· Knowledge of 3 Tier System
· Reliable vehicle
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
